What is cumin and how it is delivered?

Cumin (pronounced "Kyoo-min") is a spice made from the dried seeds of a plant as Cuminum cyminum name known. A member of the parsley family, cumin is in Mexico, the Middle East and Indian dishes, including used many others.

Cumin is a typical ingredient of chili powder. Comino is often found in other mixed spices like garam masala and curry powder.

Cumin can be used in the form of whole grains and soil. Cumin has a taste and smell of the warm earth. Cumin is often added chili, barbecue sauce, baked beans and cucumbers.

The most common variety of cumin is a brownish-yellow color, but also sometimes find black and white cumin cumin.
