Croque Monsieur: Grilled Cheese classic French ...

Croque Monsieur sandwich is a classic French grilled cheese is one of the pillars of the Paris cafes, bars and bistros, not to mention countless counter.

Served with a side of fries and a small pile of leaves salad, croque-monsieur is anything good to eat in Paris - even their snacks are somehow sublime and otherworldly.

The combination of a bechamel sauce with Gruyere cheese hazelnut croque-monsieur is grilled cheese perfection.

Note that most places that serve sandwiches have done many things in advance, and they will warm up to you when you order. However, they are always delicious. Can you imagine your own and eat fresh?

Sure, you can - that's why you are here. The following recipe will make a sandwich, but it can double both. You can substitute Jarlsberg or Monterey Jack Gruyère.

And if you're wondering, Croque Monsieur is literally translated "Mr. Crunch". Best name for a sandwich.

This is a recipe of bechamel sauce, a white sauce base and fairly easy to do.
