Prime Rib Roast: The Sear-last method

Rib recipe is a bit of a deviation from the technical standard of cooking at high temperature at the beginning and then end up at a lower temperature.

Instead, slowly let up medium rare, grilled rest, then is heated to very high temperature before serving. Serve In addition to producing a perfectly pink and juicy coast beef, this method, the additional advantage is able to roast from the oven.

This technique works either bone or chops boneless meat, 4 to 10 pounds. For a rib bone, include two servings per rib, while a roast boneless will be two servings per pound.
