The secret of a perfect Caesar salad

Legend has it that the original Caesar salad Caesar Restaurant in Tijuana 1924 For some reason this story is controversial, and I'm not sure why. Had to come from somewhere, and a restaurant called Caesar also seems likely that anywhere.

Caesar dressing made with egg casserole. But doing it this way is the only borrowing trouble. On the one hand, there is an additional step. But also, if you cook the egg, fight to emulsify the dressing. It is easier to use raw egg yolks, and since this is how most Caesar salads are made these days, going to like what you are probably used.

(Of course, use pasteurized eggs if you are about raw eggs.)

The real key with a Caesar salad dressing is to make just before serving. If you sit the dressing, you can disconnect. Moreover, nothing is like a Caesar salad salad wilted fall soft. For tips on how to keep a cool and fresh salad, do not see store salad.
