Rocket (pronounced "ah-ro-ga-la") is a type of leaf vegetable spicy, slightly bitter taste.
Because it grows natively in the Mediterranean, is widely used in rocket Italian cuisine. Arugula served are cooked like pasta or pizza. But arugula is often used in salads. Because of its strong flavor, arugula tends to be mixed with other salad leaves soft.
